Ecosomatics

The term ecosomatics is used to describe the essential integration and interactivity between the various levels of “body,” from our individual body–soma–and the vast ecologies contain within, to our community, also known as the “social body” or the “body politic,” to our larger planetary “body,” Earth, which provides home base to all of these.

Repatterning healthy relationship with the unique somatic experience of our own bodies is regarded as both a foundation of  healing, as well as a portal to experiencing our connection with community and Earth.
